CONSULT
From your initial contact with ARCTIC FOX, we aim to make it clear that your needs are our priority. During this stage, we will engage with you to understand every detail you desire for your residential safe room project, take precise measurements, and more.
In our initial design consultation, ARCTIC FOX designers will discuss your safety needs and requirements and present our solution concepts for your residential safe room. We will consider aspects such as size, functionality, style, and materials to ensure the design meets your needs. Our designer will also walk through your home to account for ease-of-access considerations, take precise measurements of the available space, and capture photographs for the next step of the design process. Finally, the designer will present unique features and benefits, provide cost estimates, and explain available financing options.

DESIGN
At ARCTIC FOX, we prioritize discreet installation to protect you. During our design consultations, we gather all the necessary information to create a plan tailored to your specific needs. From your desired functionality and safety features to the investment you’re looking to make in your home, our designers ensure every detail aligns with your requirements. When the design is ready to go, we'll present it to you during your recommendation visit. When both parties are satisfied with the design and scope of work, step 3 begins - discreet construction

CONSTRUCT
The ARCTIC FOX team handles everything from securing permits to cleaning up construction debris. Our crews will take your safe room design and make it a reality.
There's more to the construction phase than just building the safe rooms. Before production can begin, our team creates detailed blueprints, files for building permits, checks zoning regulations, orders materials, and more. We handle all the intricate details so our clients don't have to. Our project manager will meet with you to discuss expectations during the project, including timing and job safety. Since we are working in your home, unforeseen issues may arise, so we will work with you to stay updated on any timeline adjustments that may affect the completion of your project. Once we're finished, our team will clean up your property and conduct a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations. That's the ARTCIC FOX difference.
